Hello Everyone,
Update number four! I am excited to share some new additions and big changes coming for the game. I added a locking-on function, more aspects to the Demiplane for future possibilities maybe even cosmetics?! I have also added in the progressive leveling with the UI to show for it which I happen to like for now. Below the level will be additions to the different abilities you can use, as you can see the next ability that's been added is a buff, all states nearly double, meaning damage, speed, jump height, and throwing force all gain tremendous improvements. While I think of more this is something I have set to make it easy so if there are any ideas for new abilities id love to hear them! Now for the more detailed analysis.
Demiplane Updates -
Currently, I have added a few portals meant to take you through the different playable game modes, I am not exactly enjoying this idea but I will most likely adapt it to be more extravagant. As well as a vendor who will start as you hit level 1 but has not been set up to offer cosmetic items or new abilities just yet. The final addition is the monolith, this will be used to edit and move objects around the Demiplane as you please, while it hasn't been fully implemented it will be added in shortly.
Scene Loading -
As you may see now when loading into a different game mode or wherever you may be there is a loading screen this should make things seamless as I also plan on adding interesting new loading screen as the game progresses just as something I find entertaining.
Enemy Lock On - New Control "TAB"-
This was the piece that has and still is going to be the biggest trouble for me, while it may work and it works well please be careful as you may move off-screen with the pivot I plan on fixing this but it does not bring too large of an issue, the lock on comes with a designated radius and I will soon make the lock on to the closest enemy in the batch as well as to lock off when meeting objects as to avoid seeing through walls.
